During the interview process, we evaluate your skills, experience, initiative, and how well your values align with NATIVA’s purpose.

Everyone who interviews receives personalized feedback, both to share the outcome and to offer helpful suggestions for growth.

After submitting your application—which includes your CV, cover letter, and a short motivational video—successful candidates will have at least two interviews:

  • One with NATIVA team members to discuss expectations and review your experience.

  • Another with other Nativers to dive deeper into your skills, motivation, and fit with our mission.

To ensure fairness, all interviewers at NATIVA undergo bias-awareness training to create an inclusive and respectful selection process.

When starting in NATIVA, Project Amerigo is your guiding compass during your first year. It’s a journey designed to help you grow and get comfortable with our core activities, project management, culture, and structure. Our goal is to equip every new member with the skills and mindset needed to quickly become an active and confident part of our mission.

Twice a year the entire team comes together for three days during the Convivium.

A special time of immersion in nature and away from daily routines, in which we stop to strengthen our bonds, nurture our well-being, present projects and ideas, celebrate successes and work on the evolution of NATIVA itself.

We also regularly host Knowledge Sharing sessions—structured opportunities to exchange insights on technical topics, project practices, and soft skills.

Activism is at the heart of NATIVA’s culture—an ongoing journey that blends knowledge, passion, and action.
