Team involvement is crucial. We work in co-creation with key people in the organisation, facilitating moments of listening, strategic alignment and concrete activation. We are also very aware of teams' time management and ensure that processes are efficient and expectations managed. 

80% of our work is with large and medium-sized companies. Since 2010 we developed frameworks for all sectors and size categories. For small and micro companies we have developed accessible tools through our Benefit Unit SPACESHIP. We also work with other types of organisations, such as public administrations, foundations, trade associations, third sector organisations.
