Some key highlights
Benefit Corporations
Since 2014, we’ve actively promoted Benefit Corporations in Italy and supported their emergence in Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Uruguay, Panama, and Spain—championing them as a governance model to embed sustainability into business practices. In 2024, together with key partners, we published the first National Research on Benefit Corporations, offering in-depth insights into the model's successful economic, social, and environmental performance. We also collaborate with European actors like the CEM [Communauté des entreprises à Mission] and are part of Impact France’s Business for Better Tomorrow coalition to advance the model across Europe.
CO2alition
In 2022, we launched ith the Italian Foundation for Sustainable Development, CO2alition, a growing community of over 90 companies that have embedded climate neutrality into their bylaws. The initiative helps businesses navigate this transition by sharing strategies, best practices, and solid scientific insights. Following its success in Italy, CO2alition has also been launched in the Netherlands.
Rome Benefit City
Roma Impresa Comune is a project financed by Roma Capitale in which we designed the acceleration of Rome’s business ecosystem transformation towards environmental, economic, and social sustainability—encouraging companies to gradually become Benefit Corporations.
