After years of direct leadership from our co-founders Paolo Di Cesare and Eric Ezechieli, who will increasingly focus on growth, innovation and the care of our ecosystem, a role dedicated to coordinating NATIVA's development strategy and all its operational activities is being created for the first time.
Our first Managing Director is Bénédicte Peillon.
Bénédicte trained at Bocconi and HEC Paris, with experience in China, in International Management. Before joining NATIVA, she built a solid, multi-year career in marketing and product development on an international scale. This experience gave her a deep understanding of how businesses create value, which she now puts to work for companies.
In recent years, Bénédicte has played a decisive role in shaping our identity and our impact, leading the transformation of major international groups, structuring NATIVA's brand positioning, and accelerating its growth in Europe and Brazil. Beyond that, she has been a constant point of reference for the Nativers, always placing the pursuit of excellence, the care of relationships and people's wellbeing at the center: the truest essence of the way we do business.
This appointment is part of NATIVA's ongoing evolution to secure the longevity of its path, through a redesign of governance, investment in people's growth and the development of new solutions. Businesses today are living through economic, social and environmental transformations that demand new tools and approaches: thinking differently, redesigning established business practices, planning over long time horizons.
